We facilitate a 2-day programme, inspired by the evidence-based principles of WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), which is a peer-led programme designed to empower individuals in managing their mental health and fostering personal growth.

Each programme facilitates 16 people, and we can facilitate specifically for a group in your workplace, organisation or academic institutions.
